So I was wondering if anyone had successfully used a modified pattern to make Oswin's Red Dress. I found a McCall's pattern (#2476) I think would be the perfect pattern to modify but it is vintage and out of print. I've found it online but it's a bit pricy. Are there any other patterns out there that I should keep an eye out for?

I just saw a Skechers commercial with some shoes similar to Oswin's. I've seen a few other posts, but these are an option if you can't find your size anywhere else. :)

Hi everyone! I've been wandering around the internet looking at clothes (as you do) and ran across some shoes I think would work well as alts for Oswin's Asylum of the Daleks shoes.

Doing a little online window shopping tonight.  I found this airline seatbelt buckle belt online, and I think it'd be a good alt for Oswin's belt.  You could trade out the fabric belt for leather if you wanted to, or you could just modify the fabric belt.  I don't have money now, but I'll probably be purchasing this next semester when I have money ( Read more... )

I'm at the DW EXPERIENCE in Cardiff and they have the Oswin outfit! I got pictures for tags and stuff. The red dress is a custom job - so there will be no tag of it.
